America Breathes 2028
Listening to America. Building Practical Solutions.
America Breathes 2028, the Whistle Stop Tour and the Stable Address Initiative exist to restore trust by listening to Americans, identifying practical solutions, and building systems that serve people with dignity, accountability, common sense and most importantly, With Respect.

America does not need more people talking over one another. America needs someone willing to listen.

Beginning January 9, 2027, the America Breathes 2028 Whistle Stop Tour plans to travel from Kissimmee, Florida, to Washington, D.C.—meeting people where they live, hearing what they have experienced, and carrying their voices forward. At the heart of this journey is the Stable Address Initiative: a practical proposal to help Americans experiencing homelessness obtain a dependable mailing address—one of the first stepping-stones toward identification, benefits, employment, housing, and renewed independence.

This is bigger than a train ride. It is a journey to remind people that they still matter. Listen first. Serve with purpose. Build something better—together. Your thoughts. Your experience. Your voice.

"America doesn't need to fear technology. We need to bear hug it — like I have with both arms, all in — the same way Musk, Bezos, and every great American innovator did before us. The steam engine didn't wait. The internet didn't wait. My new small pacemaker didn't wait. And the next Industrial Technology Revolution won't either."

Executive Summary

Back to Basics. Forward to the Future. Service. Innovation. Trust.

America Breathes 2028 is a nonpartisan civic initiative that travels the country by Amtrak to listen — in person — to veterans, postal workers, rural communities, and everyday Americans about the real challenges facing our postal service, supply chains, and communities, then delivers documented citizen findings to Congress.

Who's Behind It

David Blaesing — USMC veteran, 100% service-connected disabled veteran, 20-year U.S.P.S. Mail Carrier and Postmaster, and Full Sail University honor student (4.0 GPA) in IT and Cybersecurity. An independent initiative of Titanium Logistics Cybersecurity Solutions, LLC, a veteran-owned Florida small business. Not political. Not corporate. A documented conversation with America.

Two Practical Pillars

The Whistle Stop Tour — public listening sessions city by city. Phase 1 (Jan 9 – Mar 14, 2027): Kissimmee/Orlando → Tampa → Jacksonville → Savannah → Charleston → Fayetteville/Fort Bragg → Washington, DC, concluding with a Capitol Hill delivery of citizen recommendations. Phase 2 begins April 4, 2027 through November 2028, traveling rural and metropolitan cities throughout the USA.

The Stable Address Initiative — partnering to give eligible homeless individuals and veterans a dependable mailing address using existing P.O. Box capacity — removing a real barrier to employment, healthcare, benefits, ID, and connection. Born from David's own period of housing instability, when a mailing address kept him working and moving forward.

What Backing Funds

Amtrak travel and event logistics across 7+ cities; open public listening sessions; deployment of the Stable Address Initiative; a documentary and student media team documenting in real time; and a public findings report + policy memo delivered to Congress and community leaders.

How You Can Help

Support the mission · volunteer or coordinate a city stop · open a door (media, venue, veteran org, university) · lend a skill · or share it forward.

"Imagine fighting for America, only to come home and discover that a simple piece of mail could mean the difference between getting your benefits, landing a job, finding housing — or staying lost on the streets. No address. No hope. No way forward."

What Is America Breathes 2028?

Founded by David Blaesing, a USMC Veteran, a 20-Year U.S.P.S. Mail Carrier and Postmaster. This is not a political campaign. No political party, No Politics. It is a civic mission — listening first, proposing solutions second, and delivering results to Congress. Not our opinion of what America wants or needs, it's in America's own words.

🎙️ Listen First

Public listening sessions at every tour stop with veterans, postal workers, rural residents, and everyday Americans sharing their real experiences. At every stop, we sit down with veterans, postal workers, rural families, and everyday folks — and we write down or video exactly what they tell us.

📋 Document Everything

Every story, every challenge, every idea — documented through research, short films, and policy memos developed alongside student media teams.

🏛️ Deliver to Congress

Findings, reform proposals, and community stories delivered directly to policymakers in Washington, DC before the summer 2027 term begins, and again by November 2028 with the nationwide tour update — no lobbyists, no political agenda.

🪖 Veterans and the Homeless need your Support

The Stable Address Initiative centers on veterans and unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness. Ensuring they can receive critical mail, critical benefits, critical services and an opportunity to get a real Government Identification Card so they can register and finally vote with a permanent mailing address.

The Stable Address Initiative

Every American deserves access to their mail — including those without a permanent address. This program focuses on veterans, unsheltered individuals, and displaced families. I've met veterans living out of a truck — an honorable discharge in one hand, a benefits form in the other — and the only thing standing between them and help was a single line on a page: mailing address. That's not a problem nobody can solve. That's a fixable thing. And fixable things are what the Stable Address Initiative does.

What the Initiative Does

  • Documents real barriers veterans and unsheltered individuals face accessing mail and benefits
  • Maps how General Delivery, shelters, libraries, and Post Offices help or fail
  • Creates plain-language guides for receiving critical mail without a permanent address
  • Develops community referral pathways connecting veterans to the VA and unsheltered individuals to legal aid, and ID services
  • Produces policy memos for Congress and local leaders
  • Builds a scalable model for replication in all 50 states

Who This Serves

  • Homeless unsheltered Individuals and unsheltered veterans
  • Displaced families and seniors
  • Americans rebuilding stability after hardship
  • Rural communities with limited postal access
  • Anyone who needs critical mail — benefits, medication, legal documents — without a fixed address
